


THE GROVE: Autumn Cohort (Starts September 28)
A cozy, autumn-inspired small group experience for 4–6 women, designed to support nervous system regulation, personal restoration, and wholehearted connection.
🔥 This will be the FIRST EVER COHORT of The Grove, making it the most intimate version of this virtual retreat I will ever offer! As the first group to step into this space, you'll receive a deeply personal experience and direct access to me as we shape this container together.
Led by Adrienne Iverness, an integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner with years of experience in trauma- and somatic-informed care, nervous system mentorship, and group work, The Grove combines grounded expertise with warm, relational support. You’ll be held in a space that’s both structured and soft - one where you can safely explore nervous system patterns, reconnect to your inner rhythms, and be witnessed as you return to yourself.
Over four weeks, we’ll meet once every Sunday evening for immersive 60-minute group sessions, with two 1:1 mentorship calls for personalized support between. The experience is gentle, seasonal, and intentional - like a soft landing place for your nervous system during the coziness of autumn!
What’s Included:
