The Restored Nervous System
The Mend & Bloom Method is a restorative, research-informed framework for gently rewiring the subconscious patterns shaped by trauma, chronic stress, autoimmune illness, and nervous system overwhelm.
Yes… you’ve done so much already.
It’s not about motivation. Your body is ready to feel safe.
This morning, you moved with grace. Your energy is resilient, your mind is wise, and your body is calm.
If you’ve been carrying the weight of burnout, anxiety, or old wounds that never quite healed - you probably know the routine: doctors, tests, supplements, strict diets, and endless trial and error. Maybe you’ve noticed some small improvements, but the symptoms keep coming back.
You’ve cut out gluten, dairy, sugar… you’ve tried a carnivore diet, paleo diet, tracking macros… yet the bloating, breakouts, anxiety, and fatigue stick around.
You’ve seen different coaches practitioners, hoping someone will finally have the answer.
You’ve tried those "slow morning” routines, gut health protocols, customized workouts, and other modalities and still feel like you’re at capacity.
You’ve tracked your symptoms and followed every plan carefully, but instead of feeling better, you just feel more worn out.
No matter what you try, your body still feels stuck, like something’s holding you back.
All the time, money, and effort you’ve invested can leave you feeling drained and frustrated, like you’re the only one dealing with this. It gets frustrating, and with a plethora of information out there, it’s easier sometimes just to shut down.
But you’re not alone, and you are going to bloom again.
My name is Adrienne.
I’ve been told since I was a preteen that I was dealing with everything from EDS, POTS, Lyme disease, severe eczema and allergies, SIBO, IBS, “unknown autoimmune dysfunction,” chronic fatigue syndrome, mast cell activation syndrome, mold exposure, Candida overgrowth, parasite infestation… you name it. I’ve tried countless protocols, worked with health coaches, functional medicine doctors, and traditional doctors alike. I. Tried. Everything.
For years, my health felt like a confusing mystery no one could fully solve.
While Lyme disease turned out to be the biggest piece of the puzzle, even after treatment my symptoms stuck around. It wasn’t until I finally stopped pushing so hard and gave myself permission to slow down that real healing began.
Now, when stress comes my way, I carry a resilience in my body I’ve never had before.
- I can’t tell you the last time I couldn’t regulate my emotions.
- I don’t have to rely on the outside factors to keep me leveled out.
Here’s what I learned: healing isn’t about doing more, cutting out more, or chasing the next “fix.” It’s about reconnecting with your body, calming your nervous system, and finding safety within yourself.
That’s why I created the Mend and Bloom Method - a simple, grounded approach that helped me move past overwhelm and burnout. By confronting your own biggest setbacks and helping your nervous system feel safe again, your body can finally heal in a way that lasts.
I know how exhausting it is to be stuck in the cycle of trying everything without results. That’s why I built this method, to help you cut through the noise and reclaim your health with less struggle.
I’m excited to share this with you and walk alongside you on your own healing journey.
With my clinical background as an integrative psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and broad medical experience, I bring a unique perspective to mentorship - something quieter and deeper. A space to be seen without being fixed, but restore your power within your own safety.
I’ve been there too.
Why You Are Ready To Bloom
This is the moment where your next chapter begins:
🕯️ You’ve explored protocols, adjusted your diet, and tried supplements - and now you’re ready for your body to finally feel truly balanced.
🕯️ You know healing goes beyond quick fixes or mindset hacks - you’re ready to connect with what really helps you feel safe and strong inside.
🕯️ You’ve kept showing up for yourself - and now you’re ready to step into your power with calm confidence.
🕯️ You’re ready to move past freeze and overwhelm, gently stepping into new healing practices that feel right for you.
🕯️ You crave a deeper, intuitive, and kinder way to support your body and nervous system.
🕯️ You’re done surviving on autopilot - you want to feel fully alive and free.
🕯️ You’ve gathered wisdom and strength - and now you’re ready to unlock your next chapter with courage and trust.
Your symptoms are messages.
Not flaws.
Your body is doing its best to keep you safe - even when the signals feel confusing or overwhelming.
Your nervous system isn’t just reacting to danger; it’s constantly reading your environment, thoughts, and habits. It notices anything that feels too intense, too fast, or unpredictable. That might look like skipping meals, pushing through exhaustion, always rushing to the next task, or getting lost in endless wellness advice that leaves you more stressed. Even gentle practices like yoga, meditation, or prayer can sometimes feel unsettling - because your system is still adjusting from chaos.
Wanting to rest is just the start... your nervous system needs time and support to catch up. Deep inside, your stress response might still be on high alert.
Because of this, you might experience:
✖️ Digestive issues such as bloating, slow digestion, or constipation
✖️ Mood swings, anxiety, or intense feelings of sadness
✖️ Sleep that leaves you tired instead of refreshed
✖️ Hormonal changes that feel hard to manage
✖️ Persistent autoimmune issues that don’t seem to resolve
✖️ Mental and physical exhaustion even from small efforts
Your body is working hard to protect you.
But now, it is time to step gently out of survival mode.
Most people try to do “more” to fix things - but what if less was the key?
That’s the heart of the Mend and Bloom Method.
No extreme protocols. No tracking every symptom. Just small, easy shifts that help your nervous system feel safe enough to move from survival into repair.
Here’s what that looks like:
🌿 Waking up feeling calm, steady, and rested - not wired or drained.
🌿 Enjoying breakfast without stressing over every ingredient.
🌿 Moving your body in ways that feel good, not exhausting or overwhelming.
🌿 Getting through your day without overthinking or feeling stuck.
🌿 Saying yes to plans because you want to, not because you feel you have to prove anything.
🌿 Resting without guilt - even if the dishes aren’t done.
🌿 Feeling truly at home in your body, able to find safety whenever you need it.
🌿 Trusting yourself to meet whatever comes your way without spiraling.
This isn't about perfection or willpower. It’s about creating the conditions for your body’s natural ability to heal - and letting it happen gently and sustainably.

FAQs

I will NEVER make you feel pressured to do things longer than is necessary. Typically, at least one month working together to lay a foundation is recommended to gain clarity and start some inner work. For a deeper, more sustainable transformation, I do recommend 12 weeks together. That gives us time to integrate change, assess patterns over time, and build momentum and confidence so you can thrive outside of this environment.
The OVERALL GOAL is to be so in touch with your body’s insight and your own intuition that you can lead your life confidently with your own autonomy. I’m just confident that I can help you get there and provide that support for you when things get tough.
-
Each session with me is extremely collaborative and personalized. Our work may feel extremely therapeutic, but it mostly focuses on mindset, habits, and aligned action. We will discuss everything from your day-to-day routines down to the minute, create your “dream self” together, and cultivate changes within your emotional and physical health (includes things like optimizing digestion, physical wellness, specific food plans catered to you, and psychotherapeutic exercises). The Grove group also allows us to integrate this with other likeminded women who are walking alongside you in their healing journeys.
-
Absolutely not. I believe functional lab work has been a very expensive thing pushed to tell you that you need it to have “root cause” answers. While I do have the capabilities of ordering everything from GI Map tests, food intolerance tests, Organic Acid Testing, DUTCH testing, toxin and mold exposure testing, etc., I do not think it is necessary. The lab work ultimately never changes the path we take together.
-
Nope. There are some supplements I have found especially helpful in my journey but let’s be honest - it’s hard to take something consistently sometimes when you have so much stuff going on. We mainly focus on small, intentional steps forward that build you a new baseline. If you become steadier and feel like you would appreciate some extra wellness support, I’d be happy to recommend the minimal necessary routine for you. However, again, it is not a necessary to achieve results.
-
The work we do together is designed to be integrated into your normal, comfortable routine - NOT added on top of it. You won’t be handed a list of tasks or protocols or homework to add into your already crammed life. Instead, we focus on simple, low-effort but high-yield shifts in the way you rebuild safety, communicate with yourself, and respond to your environment or stressors. This is an extremely gentle effort, with intentional awareness to integrating into your normal routine. I’m all about realistic expectations here.
-
After working with me, you’ll feel a confidence and clarity that felt impossible. You’ll gain the autonomy and self-trust to understand the way your body and brain work, and learn to be more gentle with yourself. I do have clients who enjoy checking in monthly, and sometimes others just take what they have built and run with it confidently. There is NEVER any pressure here, just my full unconditional support when you need it <3
You will always have lifetime access to The Grove private groups and exclusive content with discounted options of working together more deeply.
Refund Policy & Legal Note
Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of mentorship and the time, energy, and thorough preparation invested in each session, I do not offer refunds once a session is booked. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. While packages are non-refundable, they may be paused or transferred under certain circumstances. My priority is to offer high-touch, integrity-driven care that supports your healing journey with both restfulness and empowerment.
Legal Note: All services are provided strictly through a mentorship lens, not as medical or psychiatric treatment. Mentorship sessions do not include diagnostics, prescriptions, or treatment of medical or psychiatric conditions. Though I hold advanced clinical training as a board-certified integrative psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, this space is dedicated to education, transformation, and empowerment, not patient care. If you require medical or psychiatric treatment, I strongly encourage you to continue working with your dedicated healthcare providers outside of this mentorship environment.
